Consulting
Helping wellness practitioners welcome LGBTQ2SIA+ clients.
You became a wellness practitioner because you wanted to help people.
But you’re worried that the education you got in school wasn’t enough to prepare you to work with LGBTQ2SIA+ clients – and you’re worried about doing harm.
That’s why we teach wellness practitioners how to build an inclusive, welcoming practice that actually serves all patients better.
School didn’t prepare you to be an inclusive practitioner, and standard healthcare protocols and business procedures aren’t built for LGBTQ2SIA+ patients either.
Which means if you want your business to align with your values, you need to learn how to do things differently.
Whether you are a solo practitioner, a clinic owner, or part of an industry-leading organization, we’re here to help you support LGBTQ2SIA+ wellness.

About us
Heal All Consulting was born out of personal experiences of stigma and discrimination in healthcare environments and a shared passion for increasing LGBTQ2SIA+ inclusivity in health & wellness circles (and naturopathic medicine more specifically). Formally founded in 2021 by Dr. Arlie Millyard ND and Dr. Cyndi Gilbert ND (inactive), our story actually begins a few years before that.
Before we had ever met, Arlie (she/her) had heard of Cyndi (she/they) and decided we needed to be friends. Arlie was still a student at CCNM at the time, so one day when Cyndi was working on campus in her faculty role, Arlie tracked them down. We agreed to meet for bagels at Lox + Schmear (our favourite queer-owned bagel shop), and we’ve been friends ever since! We ended up co-writing our popular “Neutralizing Clinical Language” handout, plus two articles that were published in the CAND Journal, and eventually decided to formalize our work together into Heal All Consulting - where our courses, clinician consults, inclusive marketing consultations, and workshops could live under one roof - so that naturopathic doctors and wellness practitioners have a single, reliable place to go to learn about how to provide the best care for LGBTQ2SIA+ clients.
In December 2023, Cyndi divested from their involvement in Heal All Consulting and any financial gains thereof. Cyndi remains as a Heal All facilitator/instructor for any online courses already launched.
Heal All Consulting remains the hub as it was originally intended - a space to help wellness practitioners feel confident and excited about working with LGBTQ2SIA+ clients and other marginalized populations. We’re as committed as always to making holistic healthcare more welcoming, accessible, and safer for underserved groups.

We focus on gender, sexuality, and relationships, including inclusiveness to lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, two-spirit, intersex, and asexual communities, as well as polyamorous, adoptive, foster, single-parent, and other types of family constellations, and sex workers. We promote body positivity/neutrality, sex positivity, and harm reduction approaches, and always challenge discrimination based on seropositivity.
Because of the intersections of all marginalized identities, we also incorporate principles of anti-oppression on the basis of age, race, ability, body size, indigeneity, religion, socioeconomic status, immigration status, and housing security.
