More than a rainbow makeover.
Helping you align your clinic with your values.
Look. It’s 2025.
You know you should be able to welcome LGBTQ2SIA+ clients into your clinic with confidence.
You want to be able to trust that all your staff and practitioners can provide quality care for LGBTQ2SIA+ clients.
You expect that inclusiveness would be built into how your clinic operates.
And yet…
You’re not totally sure how comfortable all your staff and practitioners are with LGBTQ2SIA+ clients.
You feel like you have to improvise, apologize, and tweak things to create an inclusive experience when you do get LGBTQ2SIA+ clients.
You’ve given up on using inclusive language on your social media and website because you just can’t make it work with your brand voice.
And all this means that although you value inclusion, you might not actually be welcoming LGBTQ2SIA+ clients into your clinic with confidence.
LGBTQ2SIA+ people are underserved.
This means they need wellness services - they want practitioners who will listen to them, prioritize their goals, and advocate for them. That’s what your clinic offers.
But because queer folks have experienced discrimination in health and wellness settings, they won’t work with a new practitioner unless they’re sure that they’ll be safe and welcomed.
So creating an intentionally inclusive clinic space means you get to serve an entire subset of your community who you otherwise would never reach.
(Not to mention - the idea of a staff member doing something offensive or discriminatory - and then it falling on you to clean up the mess? Nightmare fuel. Sorry.)
Personally being an ally (or even LGBTQ2SIA+ yourself!) as a clinic owner doesn’t automatically make your clinic inclusive.
Here’s why.
Industry-standard policies, procedures, systems, and language are not LGBTQ2SIA+ inclusive. It takes a concerted effort to do things differently.
Being inclusive is a skill and practice, not a value or personality trait. So even if you only hire staff who are the freakin’ BEST, you’re not guaranteed that they have those skills.
You don’t know what you don’t know. Your personal experience only goes so far. If you want to include ALL the letters in that acronym, you’ll need some outside perspective.
Stop relying on inclusion tips from Instagram and leaning on that one staff member who knows this stuff.
Instead, let’s take a holistic approach that will make your entire clinic inclusive on a structural level.
Most clinics need some combination of these supports:
-
Training
On-demand or live training for staff and practitioners.
Clinics get massive value with discounted rates on CE courses for staff.
-
Messaging
Marketing and copywriting support.
Craft an inclusive message in your brand voice, so you can speak directly to all your ideal clients.
-
Operations
A careful review of your policies and procedures will ensure that equity is baked into how your clinic runs.
Make your clinic inclusive by default.
Here’s how we do it:
First, we’ll meet to discuss your clinic’s unique positioning, so we can give you exactly the support your clinic needs - nothing more, nothing less.
Right away, your staff and practitioners will get access to CE courses, if that’s one of the supports we decide on, so you can feel confident that everyone in your space has the training to embody the values of the clinic.
Then, I’ll send over written recommendations so you can thoughtfully review all the notes and refer back as you implement the changes.
Finally, we’ll meet again so you can ask questions, deeply understand all your choices, and customize your protocols in real time.
Is this right for you?

This is for you if:
✅ You’re a clinic owner.
✅ You’re a solo practitioner.
✅ You’re an associate with your own website, social media, or forms.
-
This probably isn't for you if:
You’re an associate or contractor with no control over forms, policies, SOPs, website, social media, other staff or other aspects of the clinic outside your own practice.
Instead, you can:
▶️ Send this to your clinic owner.
👀 Check out our courses to independently improve your own practice.
